I had the pleasure of working with every one of their providers and they all deserve top marks. You can tell by just sitting around at the waiting room and listening to the banter that I am not alone in my glowing opinion of this place.

Now, they do tend to be pretty busy, and scheduling can get a little tight. I chalk that up to the quality of the service that they provide. I was worried that a busy gym would mean a rushed, crowded, unpleasant experience but they are able to maintain the casual and welcoming atmosphere. No matter how badly those BFR machines suck.

Lots of easy parking, easy to find and get to, and they have long hours and lots of availability (meaning they are open really early and close late). They super responsive to and easy to gets hold of.

If you are in need of Physical Therapy, and this particular one is one of your options, I urge you, stranger on the internet, to give this one a shot.“

“As a first time mom, pelvic floor pt was a must. I am so glad my midwife recommended Liz Kunkler at Pivot! Liz heard the symptoms I was having and worked with me to correct issues that were cause by pregnancy and birth. When needed, she helped me to feel empowered to advocate for myself with my doctors to get the issues fixed. The environment at pivot is so welcoming and warm. I was encouraged to bring my little one with me, and the staff loved having her there! I would highly recommend seeing Liz during pregnancy and postpartum!“

They provided weekly muscle relaxants an decompression therapy. Each week I got some releif.. an. By the 8th week the final pain as released. I highly recommend eastshore“

“Andrew has help me so much in the past year. I went to him with severe neck issues with pain and my family Dr suggested that I find someone doing dry needling. Andrew came to the rescue he helped me get so much range of motion and reduced pain. Also he gave me taylored exercises that helped through the entire recovery. “I take care of the Hydrotherapy I pools for the Atlanta Braves for 26 years. We have a hot plunge a cold plunge and an underwater treadmill. Once a year we get our units serviced by Hydroworx and all of the technicians that come out go way out of their way to make sure that our season goes great. Everybody that I have to deal with at Hydroworx take care of any products and parts in a very timely manner because I can't have these pools go down for a single day during the baseball season. “Both my wife and I have been coming to the Adams Drive location since 2008, and I can't say enough good things about this facility. I had a total knee replacement right after Thanksgiving of 22, and had good rehab right from the start. But when I plateaued at about 103*, they did everything they could think of to try and alleviate my pain issues in the nerve bundle in the back of my knee. Kurt Kessler racked his brain trying to figure out the issue, and did not hesitate to bring in other staff members to try to determine the best course of treatment. (Thanks Lauren, Misty, Mike, and all else involved) There are absolutely no ego issues with this staff. The important part is not who gets the credit, but the care of the client. The other piece of the puzzle is that I truly felt like I was being listened to by the team, and my suggestions were taken seriously. I would recommend anyone to come to this facility, or, really, any of their other places, because I know some of the staff that have moved to other facilities or have take management positions within Drayer, so I am sure that my experience is not an exception to the rule of service. I found the whole experience from the front desk to the back an enjoyable experience for a treatment that by its very nature is a painful and sometimes traumatic series of events.
