I cannot say enough good things about Inspired and my PT Sara in particular! Everyone here was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and Sara taught me so much about proper stretching and how to keep my hamstrings healthy (I came for a hamstring tear). They really take their time to understand your body and goals — I never felt rushed which is rare in medicine lol. After 6 months of dedication to the program I am back to doing what I love, and I’m even reaching new personal milestones in my sport because I actually know how to stretch and warm up my body properly now due to Sara’s teaching. The physical therapists at Inspired Physical Therapy bring a level of expertise to their field that is second to none. My partner had a knee replacement in 2018 and his recovery was impressive to watch. In 2023, I began experiencing hip pain. I knew immediately Inspired would be my choice to rehab. I thought I would need a hip replacement. In 2 months, my mobility was restored. I came away with a renewed sense of wellbeing and a list of exercises I could do at home. I started at Inspired several months ago for a very painful knee problem. Inspired PT was able to create a therapy plan that was able to strengthen the surrounding muscles to compensate for the knee weakness. Now my knee is back to just about normal. The therapists are all so pleasant to work with. They are caring and understanding to the fact that you want to be better and do everything they can to make that happen. Unlike other PT places they stay with you the entire time of your therapy. This more personal touch goes a long way. I highly recommend Inspired physical therapy !!!
