“From installation, to annual preventative maintenance, to buying repair parts for the DIY customer, to emergency service, I have been very pleased. Their service has been honest; and they don’t try to sell me what I don’t need. They allow me to buy parts from them; and they don’t mind that I sometimes fix my own equipment. They are neat and tidy; they clean up their work area very well before they leave. They are responsive. They are fairly priced. They are good designers, good installers, good equipment maintainers, and good emergency repair technicians. I have an oil furnace with baseboard heat, a propane furnace with baseboard heat, a propane burner with forced air heat, central A/C, mini splits, and garage propane heaters - mostly installed by TM and all serviced and maintained by TM. We are a very happy customer!“
