“The entire process of scheduling our appointment through the day of service and billing was seamless and easy. Multiple alerts on the day of service prepared our busy family of 3 kids and a pet to be ready for the Hershey team to show up and they were on time and prepared fully for what was expected. A quick follow up for additional plumbing services I needed was also handled seamlessly and professionally. The billing and invoicing was fair, honest and open from start to finish with no gimmicks, hard to understand language or uneducated sales people selling me something I didn't need. I will be using Hershey moving forward based on this experience. This was my second time using their Heating and Air Conditioning services and the first time using the Plumbing team. “James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard. After 40 minutes of patience and repeated attempts, he removed the items. We were thrilled and pleased with his service. We didn't feel pressured that James was trying to sell us on digging up our backyard like the other plumber had. James's employee also came to our home and installed a new toilet and was very professional and kind to my wife and kids.“

“Got the job done but probably won’t use again if we need a plumber. Showed up almost 30 min late to our set apt without an apology, I understand apts can run late but didn’t bother even calling us to let us know. Did about 20 min of work then was out in their van for another 5 or so, I think getting paperwork ready. Charged us for the full hour of work, the least you could do is charge your work appropriately. 25 min of work should not be charged your full hour rate especially after being so late to our apt.Service: Drain cleaning“
