“I had the best experience at Beyer Eye with Patty and Bianca in optical. I had purchased a pair of eyeglssses on Monday and I realized they needed an adjustment. So on Tuesday I had the adjustment made and they were still too tight. I went back on Wednesday and had another adjustment done. Bianca told me if they still were giving me trouble to call and make an appointment with Patty. I made an appointment with Patty for Thursday. I went Thursday and Patty relized that I need lighter frames. She was so nice and helpful finding the glasses that were right for me. Patty also took her time with me. I never felt rushed.
