“I haven't come in to adopt a dog yet but I will my experience is I called a week ago because I was having trouble trying to find a place that would help me I had a dog that was getting very aggressive and biting everyone we had a dog trainer and she even attacked him , me and my husband she was only 8 months old but was a mix of 3 breads that did not go well together the man I talked to was very helpful directing me in the right direction I don't know his name but if he reads this he will know who I mean THANK YOU very much. Your caring helped us make a very very hard decision.“

“Two raccoons decided to make a home in my roof a few months ago. I wanted to find someone to trap & release them in the wild (far away). After talking with two big named companies that acted like this was not an emergency situation (& both were going to euthanize the animals), I found Brad at Steel City Wildlife. Brad was very fast on the response, He was at my house within a day to assess the situation, provide information about how the process works and set traps to resolve it. He came back multiple times to check the traps & stayed in constant contact with me for updates. He went above and beyond in my opinion. After 3.5 weeks (due to very cold temps that kept the raccoons in hibernation mode for over 2 weeks straight) he caught them!! He humanely removed them from my property. I highly recommend contacting Brad to take care of any unwanted visitors. He was very knowledgable & did whatever was necessary to get the job done. His cost was more than fair for the work he did. A million thanks to Brad!!!“

“Joe was our service provider and he couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Court came through when our typical pest control service wasn't there in our time of need.
We had a pretty massive ant invasion and Joe was here for a good while and was very thorough. It's been a couple months and we have not seen another ant since Joe sprayed.
