They did my roof) and Boyertown Supply (plumbing store) both recommended Firestone Plumbing, so I called.They came out the following Monday, and the tech(Chris) quickly ascertained the work required, gave me clear advice on what I needed, answered my questions, laid out exactly what the job entailed, and was personable about it all. Then he handed me an estimate easily $1000 cheaper than the competition. So I gave them the job. They came out a few days later, and completed the work quickly and with care, even doing some rewiring to make it a better job, and fully cleaning up after themselves. “Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincoln's 6 year warranty above and beyond.
