“Wow, everything has turned out so great! And less than those bigger companies and a lot nicer to talk to! ?
My basement was a mess, beware when buying a flipped house! ? Long story short, because my sewer line inside my house was painted, I had to have it replaced. I also needed a new boiler and hot water heater due to age and my wet basement. So I decided to go energy efficient. ? Oh and not to forget my new utility sink, with plumbing that works and a handy spray spout. Thank you so much to Trevor and Jeff, they did an awesome job with all the installations. Everything went very quickly with few issues, thankfully. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I was having other work done in the basement and they worked with my scheduling.

He and did a very thorough test of every aspect of the system, determined which filters needed and didn’t need to changed, and also identified that one of the tanks had a leak and needed to be replaced. The pricing was also very reasonable.“

“We became members and had our first free checkup for Plumbing, Electric and HVAC. All their technicians are very professional. They answered every question and explained everything completely. We also got some plumbing work done, including replacing a toilet. The work was done very quickly and they cleaned well after themselves. I drove my boiler mad, it cracked, and within 3 days I had a new one up and running with top-notch new plumbing to go with it. I couldn't have asked for better help especially with it being cold and a infant to keep warm. They answered every stupid question I had and helped to teach me a lot while also making sure that everything was taken care of far quicker than I could have hoped.

This weekend I had the need for emergency service as the furnace failed overnight and the inside temp was 59 degrees. Mark called me from the emergency service line within 20 minutes of my call. “We just had our above ground outdoor heating oil tank replaced at Schwanger's recommendation due to corrosion both outside and inside. They made the entire process completely painless. Jim (the gentleman from Schwanger, not me) was knowledgable and put up with 100 questions from me along the way. All in from the moment the problem was identified to the tank being replaced was two weeks, with at least half of that being because I was out of town.
