“I’ve been coming to Jenny’s Salon for a couple years now and have had exceptional experiences. I’ve always recommended them for any kind of salon service.
I had a scheduled appointment for a cut and partial highlight for my baby shower. When I arrived there were some hiccups regarding my appointment, so I had to reschedule to the next day.
Fast forward to the next day, I received a text personally from Jenny reaching out to me apologizing for the inconvenience of having to reschedule and offered me a complimentary appointment. She scheduled me with Hannah, to which she completed my cut and color.
I just want to say how grateful I am for such an amazing experience. My salon experience was and always has been phenomenal and like no other. This reminds why I refuse to go anywhere else. The service, atmosphere and staff are absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t recommend any where else to people.

From my first encounter with the receptionist, I noticed the staff and overall atmosphere being much more friendly than I have experienced elsewhere. They have tv's located throughout the salon building where when I was in they had something playing for probably around half the visit and the thing that was playing finished (can't remember how long I was there however wasn't long.)

I went with something simple for a first visit, and almost immediately was impressed by the service! I called a half hour before and was promptly answered with an appointment booked a moment later. I picked a color and my technician did one coat on my thumb, asked me if I was sure about it, let me ponder and then continued on. I’m sure I’m not the first to admit remorse over a color, and I appreciate this small act. She paid attention to detail and made sure that I was happy at each step of the way. My nails and hands were an absolute mess when I stepped in, and I needed this today not only for the aesthetics, but a treat to myself.
