Pre-pandemic I went to RED religiously for nails. Now I'm more of an occasional customer. But that doesn't stop them from remembering me. I think I've been once the last nine months and as soon as I walked they greeted me and asked about my kids. My nail tech that I used to see every two weeks acted like I was a regular still and it was so comfortable. We chatted about all the things you discuss at the salon (family, dating life, etc) and it was just--comfortable. A few things to be aware of: *parking is atrocious. This salon is exceptional. The staff is courteous and the building is top notch and clean. Andrea is my stylist. She understands how to cut and style thick wavy hair so it looks styled and not crazy. Best part is that she is so skilled I can recreate my salon look on my own!

First time here and had a great experience! Ashley did a fantastic job on my hair! it had been 7 months since I last had my hair done, thanks to coivd, and she made me look and feel like a million bucks!
