My experience with the salesperson was not good. I'm sold on the product, but I wanted a budget dollar amount so I could plan on how to pay for it and when. He took measurements and told me it would cost about $17,000 which, according to him, is because we have a large home, and that price represents about 3 1/2 times an average project would cost. Earlier, prior to giving me the price, he said that if I buy now, he can do much better. So, I said I would consider that, but I need to know his best price and I would think about it and discuss it with my family. Response time was quick. Our salesperson was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us other gutter toppers that are currently on the market so we could see and compare them to their product. Installation was done soon after our first contact. We have copper gutters and a slate roof and everything looks great!
