Crains guys showed up at our home at 7 AM And 5 of them went straight to work they removed a 30 ft by 13 foot Roof that has been leaking for ys And replaced with a brand new rubber roof insulation All brand new plywood etc They were nothing but 100% professional The old roof is gone the brand new one is in place. Worked with Tyler and his Crew from start to finish. His guys were professional , did amazing work, and we were in constant communication throughout the process. I googled search for roofers to come out to help us out with a very strange problem. We had a wasp issue on our roof and I wasn't sure what it was doing (if anything) to the roof. I called many roofers and some wouldn’t even consider coming out due to the wasp problem. I was told to call pest control to get on the roof. Not only did he agree to come out. He came out the next day, inspected our roof thoroughly and even offered to spray the area that was active with wasps. He truly went above and beyond.No where was it it his job to take care of spraying that but he kindly offered.
