Fear Knot had been a great program for my son. It has helped him with impulse control and given him an excellent long term goal to work on for literally years and eventually achieve (black belt).

My son absolutely loves this place. The manager Jen is simply the best and so easy to work with. All the instructors are great with the kids. They teach all the things you expect from a martial arts program, fitness, respect for self and others, coordination, and self control... bu they do it in a very fun and flexible environment. The staff is so friendly and understanding that karate can be a great thing but it doesn't have to be wrapped in a package of stress and pressure.
