Our son has taken Judo at Harrisburg BJJ and J for over two years now, he started when he was only 5, and he's 8 now and still loves it!The instructors are amazing and patient, and give your children the skills they need to succeed in sport and life.The overall messages they teach here are the perfect balance of how to succeed, as well as perspective on whats truly important. We haven’t been in awhile due to other sports but only positive things to say about this place…Sensei Angel, Luis, Alex and Monica especially. All 3 exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and great with the kids, never favoring the more experienced kids and giving equal attention to all.

I always wanted to learn an art. This place and all its other locations takes that time and energy to rest your limit. I test myself and learn and get a little better each class. If you want to test yourself, learn how to defend yourself, and get a workout in. This is where you should be.
