The owner was very helpful over the phone, the first time I called she detailed the process to me and told me about a special she is running. When I called again to purchase for my partner, she was extremely kind and patient and helped me work out exactly what I needed to buy, and told me about multiple deals to help me save money (which she easily could have not done!). She also accommodated my inability to come in person by offering to mail the gift cards I purchased.
