I have not used My Secret Spa's services, but my friend did a couple years back which is why I chose My Secret Spa for my partner who is looking to remove their facial hair. The owner was very helpful over the phone, the first time I called she detailed the process to me and told me about a special she is running. When I called again to purchase for my partner, she was extremely kind and patient and helped me work out exactly what I needed to buy, and told me about multiple deals to help me save money (which she easily could have not done!). Super great place. Heather is very knowledgeable. Walks you through the entire process. Is easy to schedule with. I’m a big fan. Am seeing results quicker than I read online too. Very clean. Always is prepared for my arrival. Never over books and makes you wait.

Heather - the proprietor of My Secret Spa - has spared no expense with the laser services offered. Truly quality technology paired with Heather's medical and aesthetics expertise is very hard to find these days, but she's absolutely done it. The fact that she can provide electrolysis for any hair too stubborn for a laser is a game changer. Would not hesitate to tell any friends or family to go see Heather for the services offered.
