I got a brand new sink recently, deeper than I had before, which ended up being an issue since my one pipe underneath my sink was now up too high. This is not a problem you can DIY, so thankfully Pat was able to come out the morning after I called. I had tons of cooking to do the next day and desperately needed my sink up and running. He was able to resolve the issue within a few hours. He even looked at a broken off grey water drain pipe to my food trailer and reattached it! I couldn't be happier with the service. Showed up almost 30 min late to our set apt without an apology, I understand apts can run late but didn’t bother even calling us to let us know. Did about 20 min of work then was out in their van for another 5 or so, I think getting paperwork ready. Charged us for the full hour of work, the least you could do is charge your work appropriately. 25 min of work should not be charged your full hour rate especially after being so late to our apt.Service: Drain cleaning“
