I am a dyi kind of guy, and this man has helped me several times over the years. Just yesterday, 12/28/23, I went there to see if he had a "9/16 x28 brass faucet seat" for a very old faucet. He gave me one at no cost. What a kind man. You rarely find a businessman like that anymore. Thank you.

Had my faucet outside burst. They came within a couple of days, replaced the part quickly, added a shutoff, and even applied a nice little coupon for me that took off ~15% of the total cost. Will be using again

Al from BB plumbing was extremely quick to respond to my problem and was exemplary in his deep knowledge of work arounds for my extremely tricky and problematic plumbing situation. They were quick to respond and kept me updated all along the way. The job was rough and Al maintained his composure throughout the whole thing and did not shy away from the goal of finding the best way to fix it.
