“5 years prior, I had my floors refinished and a inlay installed. The gentleman seemed reliable and had good reviews. I wanted to use Jonathan Pera but he was very busy and I wanted it done much sooner than he was available. Much to my chagrin, the work done back then was bad. I lived with it for 5 years and finally decided to have them fixed. I called Jonathan, we decided on a plan of action of replacing some, repairing what could be repaired, and installing new. What I ended up with are some of the nicest and most beautiful hardwood floors imaginable. His prices were reasonable, his men were true professionals and talented craftsman, and everything was finished faster than expected. “We hired the Floor and Wall Guys to replace our floor on the main level and move our laundry to the second floor. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.

Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!

We are very happy with our upgrades - laundry on the second floor is a game changer! And we plan to work with the Floor and Wall Guys in the future. (Pictures are from when the projects were almost done!)“

“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair!
