We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! Very professional and does outstanding work. They put in a half bath on our 2nd floor and also took care of some of the small things that were bothering us for years but didn't have the time to take care of them, for an affordable price. We have already recommended Real Property Construction to friends and family. We will be calling Joe in the future for any work we need done.
