From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with a warm welcome, I knew I had found my new eye doctor. Anthony was absolutely fantastic in the initial diagnostic work-up and could not have been more welcoming and inviting. He was very transparent in what to expect and what the expenses would be. He represents what good customer service should be and others could learn from him.Dr. Tiburtini was incredibly down to earth and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure talking to her about my concerns. I felt an instant rapport with her and trusted her recommendations to the fullest. Her knowledge was apparent but I never felt at any moment a hint of condescension. She kept the language simple for me to understand and that takes a certain level of skill that not many providers have.Every person here has the patient-first mindset and it truly shows the moment you walk in the door. I give Dr. Tiburtini and Anthony my highest recommendation without reservation.“

“I would like to add to my initial 2 star review. After I left my review, Dr Hudish called me and thanked me for the review, and apologized for the frustrating experience I have had reaching someone at the office. She told me she plans to hire someone to cover the front desk for a smoother experience. I really appreciated her sincere call and her determination to make things better. I work in a similar setting and in a similar role, and I can honestly say it is rare that someone would personally respond to a 2 star review and say thank you, or use the feedback to make positive changes. Healthcare providers (in any field) like that are very hard to find. I have great respect for her because of that, and I'm changing the 2 review star review to 5.***************************************Dr Hudish and her staff are very kind and professional, but I can never reach anyone at the office. I have left message after message on both their numbers and nobody ever returns my calls.After I purchased contact lenses, there was a rebate I could apply for. I was supposed to get a copy of the itemized receipt in my email but did not receive it. Their office says they provided me with a receipt and the rebate info but I do not recall this as I was told it would be in my email. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they did give me a hard copy, and I could have misplaced it, but regardless, I called and called and called, almost every week for at least a month so I could get another copy of the receipt. I called over a week ago and actually did speak to someone, but they never called me back with the info I needed. I called again today and reached someone again, and she didn't know what I was talking about and wanted to know how I knew there was a rebate! (the office told me about it which weighed in my decision as to which lenses I wanted).Well now 60 days have passed and I am no longer eligible for the rebate. I am not sure I will be returning to this office. They are nice people and I like Dr Hudish, but there is something wrong when I cant reliably reach someone on the phone for weeks at a time, especially when I could have saved $100 on those contact lenses. Things are expensive enough, and I could have used that money.“

The doctor has been in touch regularly after the procedure to check in on me and answer questions. Plus, I can see! Would recommend LVI to anyone considering LASIK.“

“I highly recommend this business. I am new to the area and broke my glasses today. My glasses were purchased in another state, they said come on in and we'll see what we can do. It didn't matter that my frame was purchased somewhere else.They were able to repair my glasses! My frame was totally broken on the left side. I was amazed they could fix them! There was a small fee of $15, which I gladly paid.Also, I was also able to purchase a brand new pair of glasses at a very reasonable price with all the perks.The staff was wonderful & helpful.
