It was my birthday, and I had had a bad spray experience earlier that day, and she went out of her way to check me on my way out to ensure my spray had gone well. I did not realize they encourage appointments for sprays, but she got me in anyway. She was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I appreciated the way I was treated and she made me feel better after my bad experience somewhere else in the area. I would recommend.“
