“Recently had Unity Exteriors replace a roof removing all existing slate as well as a smaller metal roof and installing all new plywood, shingles, and gutters. Also installed ventilation due to noticing existing roof had no ventilation system installed. From the estimate to job completion communication was excellent and the team was respectful, clean, and worked hard morning to night. Several structural issues came up during the roof replacement, and were addressed properly, not overlooked. There were no surprises at the end, and the work was completed in one day and to a high standard!
