We had just bought our home and moved 2 years ago. The existing shingles were 17 yrs old and knew we would need them replaced in the very near future. Early this year I experienced our first leak. Called Penn Pro for an estimate as they had just replaced a roof in the neighborhood weeks prior and that homeowner was very pleased with the work done. I called Alex, and he was here for an estimate in a few days. He was very thorough, knew I had a leak and was prompt with getting me scheduled. He was very easy to work with and compassionately helped me in making my decisions, as now I was a widow making my first big decision since my husband passed just 4 months ago. Alex and crew arrived bright and early today and did an exceptionally great job. They were prompt, professional and did an expert job giving me a new roof. One day too!! All done, I met Greg on completion on the work and he went over the job to make sure it was completed to their standards. And clean up was great. Their crew is great!- I will refer Pennpro roofing to any and everyone I know. Thank you, Alex and Greg on a job well done. Deb
