“The guys at US Supply Company helped me with a new plumbing install for a new shower when no one else could, and they were honest.I bought a showerhead online. I thought it came with rough-in plus a trim kit with a handle, but it didn't. The customer service for the showerhead company was in China and was no help. My contractor told me that rough-ins come in only Moen and Delta varieties, and he didn't know how to make my off-brand showerhead work in the new shower.I turned to US Supply and they were able to help me! They put together a rough-in and trim kit that would work with what I had. Not only that, after I left they compared what they had ordered with the specs that the Chinese company had on its website, and realized that I didn't need all the supplies they ordered while I was in the shop.
