Initially I was there for my first knee replacement, but then I fell and broke my upper arm pretty badly, thus needing more pt, then I had my other knee replacement, but I ended up with horrible sciatica which required additional pt, so Neal patiently worked with me for about a year getting me back functioning again. “I was diagnosed with a bulging disc 3 months ago. Though I’ve had lower back pain for at least 20 years. Sam did a thorough assessment on my first visit and tailored stretches and exercises for my needs. I felt better after the first session. Every time my back hurts, the prescribed home routine really helps to lessen my symptoms. I’ve been to other, larger PT centers for other ailments, and I’ll never go back. “I'm hesitant to write this review because I almost want to keep this place a secret, but I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with my PT staff at Stive. The director, Matthew, is very knowledgeable about the treatment of patients with connective tissue disorders including HSD and EDS. If you have one of these disorders, you know the difficult task of finding a PT that truely understands the disorder and all the related issues that accompany it, and how to treat them in the therapeutic setting. The staff also has fun making, PT not the monotonous and boring hospital-like setting that I'm used to. I actually kinda like going...which is a first for PT. I know the other reviews on here are much older, so I also wanted to give another update: I'm attending therapy again (it's in my blood) and doing shoulder therapy. I've had a chance with working with several of the therapists and they are all wonderful. This is the place that will listen to you and what your body is saying unlike so many PTs in the past have pushed me too fast and I've ended up worst. I absolutely recommend them for anyone needing PT but especially for those with connective tissue disorders like HSD/EDS/hEDS.“

“I had a great experience both therapists at Capstone Physical Therapy. Jackie helped me regain mobility after a pretty rough broken foot. She helped me achieve my goal of being able to jog again. During the process we uncovered some underlying issues with my foot and rather than fix the basics, we addressed the whole problem which was great. I left feeling strong and ready. “My teen daughter has been coming here for several months for both knee surgeries. Jim and Brandon were fantastic with her. So knowledgeable, patient, engaging and kept her motivated. Jim retired and Brandon moved to another location. Darshan has taken over and is amazing. He is so knowledgeable, engaging, helpful, caring and works so well with the patients. He has been fantastic not only with my daughter but with all the patients.

Sandy runs the front desk receptionist area. She is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

There’s a very chill vibe here with a mild handed touch of seriousness that arises every now and again. Travis is the team lead who takes the time to find out what exactly is going on with you and your reasoning for being at JAG. In my case he made on the fly adjustments to my routine to better suit my needs. Lauren, & Halley provide the space with laughs, good vibes, and a great amount of care and concern for the patients. There’s a third team member who I see on Thursdays but I’ve never heard anyone say her name, and unfortunately I’ve never asked either. Needless to say, she too has been a great help in my recovery journey after my spine surgery. I would recommend this Rehabilitation Center to ANYONE who has had an injury, a surgery, a slip and fall, or a sports related injury. Young and Old. I hope this review helps. “Have been utilizing Penn Physical Therapy located in the YMCA for several years. My go to is Liz Alvarez. I joke that I am Humpty Dumpty and she puts me back together again. For the past two months she has helped immensely with my son who injured his shoulder. Staff is warm and welcoming and the other PT staff are dedicated and committed to their patients. Facility is clean and they wipe down all equipment after each patient use.“

“My husband and I both see Steve at the office in New Hope on Mondays. Steve is very knowledgeable and is great at recommending treatments that work in conjunction with my PT. I am able to manage my back pain from herniated discs with dry needling every two weeks. Steve has also been able to help with pain and inflammation in my shoulder from a partial tear. And he takes insurance! Highly recommend.“

“Kim Koschineg Stephan is an excellent therapist especially skilled in lymphedema prevention and remediation, post surgery recovery, and in cancer and lymph / immune system issues in general. Her hands on techniques and "homework" exercises have resulted in a big improvement in the cording and tightness I experienced after surgery. She has a clear plan of sequential assessments and treatments that is working well for me. I can't thank her enough and highly recommend her.“
