I loved my experience at Vivid! I worked with Dr. Abby for about 7-8 months and she was amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding - I miss her since "graduating"! I lived with pain and other post-pregnancy issues for 5 years and felt the difference after the first few sessions. She has changed my quality of life and 100% improved my symptoms. Highly recommended.

Dr. Michelle at Vivid is a warm, friendly, and engaging therapist. In addition to being a fantastic listener, I really felt like she understood my goals and gave me specific feedback to help me get where I wanted to be. She was very responsive to my concerns and provided an action plan that felt manageable. If you are having pelvic floor issues, I highly recommend Vivid. Every person you interact with in their office makes you feel right at home. All moms need a village, and Vivid should definitely be a part of yours.

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Vivid Women’s Health. After my second birth I felt so weak and disconnected from my body. I was in so much pain during even the most basic tasks like sitting and walking. I decided to give pelvic PT a try and it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. Erin is so kind and compassionate. She has helped me get my life back! I am now back to lifting heavy weights and training for my first race in well over 4 years. My son keeps saying “Mommy you are so strong now.” There really aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am to be able to live an active lifestyle with my children.
