Carmen was informative, responsive, honest, and personable (and supportive!) throughout this process - from estimate to completion. He listened to what we wanted and coordinated with his sub contractors to get all portions of the job completed, and in a timely fashion. Every team of men working for Carmen were respectful, trust worthy, and detail oriented. The quality of work, and the ease of this process will most definitely be our reason to use Floors by Napoli again for projects to come. We can't thank you guys enough!“

“This is our second time using Levittown carpet and flooring. We used them back in 2021 and just now in November 2025. Both times for carpet install. Both times they were great to deal with! They came out and provided quick estimates and we were able to schedule the installs pretty quick. They are very professional, always willing to help us move big furniture pieces, and are able to complete the job within a timely manor. We are obsessed with our new carpet and can’t wait to use them again in the near future! ☺️“
