“Although I was a little skeptical in the beginning, I have to honestly say as a 35 year contractor in the electrical business Northstar roofing and siding is absolutely accompany worth doing business with.I was a little skeptical at first because their business model is one of a general contractor employing crews that work under their direction.We are extremely pleased with the end results of a fairly complex project. Our project included an entire rip off of our main roof as well as two outline structures. We also replaced all of the gutters all of the skylights and areas of the roof that were visible to the street we upgraded to New steel roofing.Overall, I estimate I spent a bit north of $70,000 with NorthstarSome months later, we had our master bathroom renovated by a different contractor and this contractor chose to vent the bathroom fan by making a hole in our newly installed roof. When we had the 4 inches of rain a few weeks ago I woke to a drip and huge puddle in my brand new new $40,000 bathroom renovation.I really didn’t know where the water was coming in. I called Jeff, the owner of Northstar roofing and regardless that he did not make the penetration nor was the leak his responsibility. He mobilized an entire team, including himself that were at my house on a Saturday at 7:30 in the morning in a rain and wind.Rather than point fingers they took ownership even when they didn’t really have to! the whole crew, including the owner was up on my roof in absolutely terrible conditions fixing the leak caused by the bathroom contractors shoddy work.“

“We couldn't be happier with our experience with MHX Designs and the results. After hail damaged our vinyl siding, MHX replaced it with thin brick that matched the rest of the brick on our house. The craftsmanship was amazing. First, they filled the area with a product called Lacticrete, described to us being similiar to material that would go under the tile of a shower wall. Then they placed individual bricks that were about 1/2 inch thick. Throughout the process Mark was very communicative. Once the project started, it was completed in about one week. The workers were very neat and considerate. We would recommend MHX Designs for any exterior project, including new windows.“

“I had LaBrusciano Roofing & Exteriors do my roof replacement in late 2022 and a chimney re-stucco in the Spring of 2023. I had two layers of roofing removed and a new roof installed, as well as all stucco removed and redone on the chimney. Anthony was quick to respond to my request for the estimates. His estimates were very competitive (a great price for the service and products offered). Anthony remained involved to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. His entire staff from his office assistant, to the site supervisor and crews were right on top of all aspects of the job. They were all very nice, professional and just great to work with. “Volpe just put a new shingled roof as well as a stunning metal roof on our 200 yr old farmhouse. The project Consultant Jamie Rickert was beyond amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Project manager Steve Zangari and Jason did a beautiful job on the shingled roof which included some attic beam replacement. Mike Cassidy installed all new gutters on the house and Project manager Dennis Flanagan handled the new metal porch roof.That roof is stunning! Dennis even removed a basketball net that had been cemented into the ground for us! All in all, everyone involved in this project was amazing and went well above and beyond for us!
