“Domingo came today to do my annual heater checkup. He was friendly and checked the thermostat and heating unit. He checked the unit and reported that everything is working properly. He took the time to explain the thermostat to me and also adjusted it for me. I appreciated how helpful and understanding he was. He also informed me of other options, which was food for thought.“

He explained things about both boilers and the work he performed on each and the star of each . He checked all the thermostats and replaced batteries. And he always put booties on when walking thru the main living areas of the properties. I was very satisfied with Jame’s work and would be pleased if he were to come out next year for the annual maintenance.
