“My heater went when it was 25 degrees in the evening and 60 degrees during the day! We called 7 sons and Matthew immediately answered the phone and walked my husband through how to troubleshoot before coming out to our home free of charge. Unfortunately the problem was not solved and he came out the same day to fix our faulty blower with a temporary fix until our part arrived. Within one day our heater was fixed and running. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. Kim call in afternoon and even though they of course are busy because of hot weather she fix me in then she texted me with tech's name and would be arriving soon. It was a clogged line and tested it. “They are across the street from me and for some reason I never used them. They took me on the same day and within 2 hours I had heat. I used another company for a long time but they were "big business, with big prices" I know S&H is a very successful form with multiple trucks but they were very personable and fixed my furnace in no time. “When our AC recently stopped working, I got the name of Triac from friends who had used them to install a new system. They sent someone out the next morning, even though it was the middle of a busy time for them, and determined it was the blower motor. After chasing down a replacement, they were very up front with the pricing (it was a spendy Carrier part) and got someone back late afternoon to replace it. This was during 90+ degree weather. “My furnace decided to go out during a snow storm on a Saturday, imagine how irritated this was for my family. Contacted Angel Heating and they made the process run smoothly by responding to my request quickly and all I had to do was take a pic of my furnace.
