“Moon Air is great! Let me tell you my story. We had our yearly maintenance scheduled from another vendor (sounds like ErviceOday) for our heater on Nov 6. We were told by the tech that we had a cracked heat exchanger and the entire heater had to be replaced (humidifier & air filter unit). We started getting quotes from different vendors. We met with Jason Towers who was helpful, informative, explained we only the heater had to be replaced. Also, said that our duct work was inadequate. We had ErviceOday also give us a quote. We decided to go with Moon Air and our new heater was installed on Nov 13. The techs Brian, Adrian & Paul were great, clean while working and loved my dogs. They worked from 9 am until 6 pm and everything was installed, working and the house clean. This company/team is very affordable and so helpful.
