Had heat pump issue and Sobieski sent TJ who was prompt,polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem and ordered the part.When the part came he and William did a great job to fix the unit quickly.Both men are professionals who care about their job and customers.Highly recommended.

I could not be happier for making the choice to go with Sobieski to replace my water heater. Its not often you get this kind of quality service. HUGE shout out to technician Shane for providing outstanding service. He quoted me over the phone, no pulling my leg, straight to business and 100%honest. It would have been a big mistake saying no. After agreeing to quote Shane was out the next morning prompt and on time after giving me a call when on the way as requested. He was courteous, professional, and extremely well mannered. Pleasant to talk to as well. He armed me with knowledge on how to keep up with maintenance on my new water heater and im confident I can do it now....read full review

Ryan was very knowledgeable and kept us informed as to what he was doing and what to expect next as he worked on the hot water heater. We are very pleased with his work. I would suggest to have him come out again if needed. Nice guy
