They are knowledgeable, informative, and true animal lovers. The wait is never bad. We always get seen on time. The rooms are always clean and pretty spacious. My questions and concerns are always answered carefully and throughly. My pets never return fearful because they are so gentle with them. They quickly get records over to me when I need to send them to other places. They are slightly more expensive than others in the area but the quality of care is unmatched! I’m lucky they are so close to me because finding a good vet can be a nightmare. Having them on my side makes me a much better pet owner.“

“I simply love this veterinary hospital. The people there treat my animals like they are the most important creatures on the planet. I am not exaggerating. From the women out front to the techs to the doctors, EVERYONE puts out the same loving caring helpful energy.
I used this veterinary hospital for my first dog, Ruby. Unfortunately she got an aggressive quick spreading cancer. Dr Anna helped me release her from her pain. I got a rescue dog about 6 months after Ruby left us and Dr Anna has been taking care of Waffles (my dog) since then which has been almost 6 years now.
My sister brings her dogs to Schwenksville also. We both love the people of Schwenksville veterinary hospital. “First time going to Banfield, inside Pet Smart in Plymouth Meeting. Spoke with Emma to make appointment. She was super friendly and helpful!
Rose helped us at the store, also very sweet and nice to myself and my dog. My dog needed to see the vet before getting his rabies vaccine. He was given a quick look over and they provided me with advice on any issues. The Veterinarian briefly spoke with me after the check up- she was nice.

“They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

“Dr. Heyde and his team are the best. They have been our vet for 5 years now and have been very supportive and sweet to all 3 of our pets. Unfortunately we lost our shepherd (15 yo) in December, but before that Dr. Heyde took such wonderful care of him every time I brought him in the office even in his less mobile days when walking on tile or staying upright was a challenge. Now we just have our 2 kitties who typically come in as a duo and Dr. Heyde and his team always show them so much care and compassion. I also appreciate the holistic approach Dr. Heyde takes with my guys; he isn't a doctor that is going to try to upsell you or make you spend extra money.
