This time around, Ann Marie helped us pick out a beautiful countertop that wasn't what we were originally picturing, but ended up even better!! Scheduling was easy and fast with Sarah. Alan and Brandon were super thorough and helpful with the template and digital slab layout, even making a couple of recommendations that were outside of the counter installation process itself. The installation went really smoothly with Jose and Caden. They were careful, organized, and neat. It looks fantastic! Oh, and did I mention the best member of the staff?? “I tried replacing a leaking shower cartridge but the metal had fused and I was afraid I was going to break something big time. So I did what I had done before, I called Larry! I sent him some pics and he told me that it could go easy with the cartridge coming out, or it could go harder with him having to replace the whole faucet unit. But I appreciated him telling me upfront what might happen. He showed up early the next morning and unfortunately he had to cut the old stuff out and do a full replacement. HIs crew did the job quickly, were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. And Larry charged me a very fair price for the whole job, which meant a lot. I'll tell you this, Larry is a gem, he isn't out to rip anyone off and he truly is a stand up guy. If you need a plumber, the first one I would call is Larry, you won't be disappointed!!!“

Jim and Jimmy are super friendly and fun to talk to you. Jennifer (who answers the phone I believe) is also great! The invoices are always fair.

“Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“

“Tauhid did amazing work for us on numerous occasions. A few years ago, we first hired him to remodel our back bathroom (which included designing and framing out a new bathroom within an existing bathroom/laundry room combo space, installing all new appliances (toilet, sink, washer, dryer) and moving the plumbing as needed for the redesign. He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. My parents had a wonderful experience working with Tauhid as well, and we are all grateful that we found a contractor who is excellent at his craft, is professional, is reasonably priced, and is a kind and trustworthy person.“
