“I got married last year and when I went to buy my dress, I bought it 1 size dress down. I had 2 months to lose that weight, how hard could it be? Alone, it was super difficult. If you could think of any weight loss routine, I've probably done it. From 1200 calorie deficit to spin classes. I needed help and in walks Jen like an angel she is. I have a weak ankle from fracturing it when I was younger and she was careful with the workouts she chose for me. She challenged me but she was supportive and cheered me on. I lost the weight to fit in my dress and I looked amazing, so many compliments. My best friend was supposed to get married before Covid and of course, her wedding was postponed. When she bought the dress, she was 10+ lbs lighter, 2 years later, the dress didn't fit. We had little under 2 months to get her into that dress and last time she tried losing weight, she developed a slight eating disorder. I knew Jen would be the perfect fit so I brought her to Jen. Over zoom, in less than 2 months, my friend lost the weight to fit in her dress without developing an eating disorder. She looked amazing. Now she has a healthier view on food and I couldn't be prouder. We couldn't have done it without Jen. 10/10 recommend we actually looked forward to working out with her.“

“Phenomenal gym with lots of machines and equipment. I will say that the stuff isn’t the newest as there is some wear and tear, but at the end of the day they get the job done and are functioning which is all that matters.Also shoutout to the owner bob. I came here on a sunday afternoon where it wasn’t staff occupied, so I gave bob a call and he came out of his way within 10 minutes to help me setup the membership.One thing I like about this gym is that it’s one of the very few gyms in this area that’s open 24/7. The local planet fitness / LA fitness aren’t open like this gym.
