“I would like to begin by thanking Zolas for the great and excellent service provided. The technicians were professional and efficient, and I highly recommend their work. However, there was one significant issue that left me deeply dissatisfied and resulted in my 4-star rating: the lack of communication from their team was unacceptable.

While the supervisor, Anthony, and the secretary I spoke with were both respectful, the process of getting in touch with them was frustrating. I live an hour away from the installation site, and after waiting an extended period for the technician to inform me that they had completed the installation, I received no communication. It wasn't until my husband called to check on the status that we were told they would return the call, which never happened.

I have already addressed this issue with the supervisor directly, but I want to emphasize that this breakdown in communication was extremely frustrating. While the overall job was remarkable, this aspect of the service needs serious improvement.“

“I've been using AC&R since 2021, I don't think I can trust anyone else. They have done everything from service my furnace to fixing leaks in my pipes that lead out from my furnace. The techs are always friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. George is fantastic to work with too. I appreciate their heads up call if their tech is going to run late. “Mike came to our house yesterday and did a fantastic job. We had a 30 gallon hot water heater that was very old. He removed it. He recommended us getting a 50 gallon because 50 gallon is the most common size so we actually saved money by getting a bigger water heater and it was installed flawlessly.
