“I want to acknowledge the professionalism and courteous service from Jessica and her team at Hydro Dynamics. She was very patient on the phone and helpful walking me through steps to get a tech out for our grinder pump issue (turned out to be weather issue from zero temps). Nine months prior, we used Hydro to install a new grinder pump when the existing one failed during a holiday weekend. Not only did their team get out there the same day, but got it all up and running in a short time. Highly recommend.“

“I saw this bad review on here and wanted to say, that Ray came out last winter very late at night when our furnace stopped working.He was able to get it working so we'd have heat until he come come the next day with the new part.He wouldn't except any money that night, even for the part.He got us up and running the next day. The part was not expensive at allHe explained everything, every step of the way and updated us by phone several times as to when he'd pick up the part and be back to the house.I'd use him again any time.“
