“My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. We were so impressed with him that we had no hesitation in calling again when it came time to replace the unit.Original review in 2021:When the first heat wave of the season hit, we discovered that our 11-year old HVAC unit wasn't throwing any cold air. “Last night my AC unit started leaking water. I had to shut it down, first thing in morning I called and when the scheduler came in she would call. Kim call in afternoon and even though they of course are busy because of hot weather she fix me in then she texted me with tech's name and would be arriving soon. It was a clogged line and tested it. All good.I really appreciate the care they take for their customers.“

“My furnace decided to go out during a snow storm on a Saturday, imagine how irritated this was for my family. Contacted Angel Heating and they made the process run smoothly by responding to my request quickly and all I had to do was take a pic of my furnace. They recommended upgrading to the ac and furnace special for an amazing special that they were running. “Andy came on time, did the job the right way for the long term (rather than what would have got him finished sooner but made future work on the valve harder), took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and left the site clean. I've worked with any number of plumbers over the last 40 years, and Andy stands out. Plus, he charged a sincerely honest rate, less than half of what another firm had bid on the same job. It's tempting to try and keep Andy a secret and not post this review, but he was so straight with me that I'd be ashamed to not play it straight with him. Would highly recommend his services.“

“It’s not common to come across quality pricing, conversation, and overall workmanship but Blue Conservation set a fine standard.First spoke to Jim about the issue… Current tankless water heater had a low output and didn’t work correctly. He walked me through the problems of the unit but also found the manufacturer is willing to replace the unit under warranty even though it expired just 2 weeks prior.Insert Brian with the go ahead for the new install and in less than 2 days time, the new unit was on and running great. He walked me through the new piping, how the new unit works, and bled the original radiators in the house.It’s always great to come across a proper company that brings confidence in what they do. “Initially in July 2023 there was a bit of back and forth to determine if EMCO would be able to procure parts as my HVAC system purchased in 2019 was still under the manufacturer's warranty. For the first service, I was advised this wasn't offered so I paid for a circuit board and labour, it was pricey. I used another HVAC service to replace my blower as that company was able to confirm warranty for the new blower. Fast forward to November 2023 and my heater doesn't work. Seems like I need a new circuit board based on their diagnostics. Spoke to EMCO and asked again about my warranty, after a bit of haggling, they confirmed they were able to procure. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue (and replaced by filter for free). Rating them 4 stars as I paid for a circuit board and labour in July and only paid for labour in November. If it were left up to me, I would ask for a refund for the July cost but I didn't. Overall, they company is efficient and Hannah is pretty thorough in her approach. I would recommend this company.“
