“LOOK NO FURTHER! We’ve been using Service First for years. At least 4 years ago, our furnace stopped working. I know a little about how HVAC systems work and declared this one dead. Brian and his son came out, diagnosed the problem, dismantled the furnace, cleaned everything, reassembled and had the unit working in a couple of hours. Amazing! Every year since then, we had Jody come out and perform maintenance. He took the time to talk and actually educated me on everything HVAC-such a great guy and teacher! Jim came out last time and he said it the system’s days were numbered. Sandie sent over 3 options and we picked one. My wife suggested that I call Jody and ask his opinion. It turns out that the option we picked is the same one he recommended. So, we signed the contract and received 0% financing ! This was a no brainer. Greg and Sam came out and installed everything in one day- just in time for this above average 88 degree day. Also, excellent soldering work Sam.Greg walked me through and explained everything and did not leave until every question I had was answered . Excellent work all around by everyone involved at Service First. In this day and age when it’s become Increasingly hard to recommend a company, my family and I without a doubt highly recommend this family run business for all your HVAC needs. I am a Realtor and have, and will continue to, recommend this great company. At least get the maintenance plan, it’s totally worth it. “My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. “I want to let you know how pleased I am with this company. When I spoke with them they answered all my questions about installing a dual fuel heat pump system. They sent two employees to measure my home to determine the best size needed. They were both very knowledgeable and very friendly. They were able to answer the questions I asked them. They sent me multiple estimates. I made a appointment with Mike the owner with a few questions and to sign a agreement. Within a week they were here. They are hard working, they never stopped till the job was done. They explained everything to my wife and myself how to operate the new system. “My furnace decided to go out during a snow storm on a Saturday, imagine how irritated this was for my family. Contacted Angel Heating and they made the process run smoothly by responding to my request quickly and all I had to do was take a pic of my furnace. They recommended upgrading to the ac and furnace special for an amazing special that they were running. They arrived at my house first thing Monday and installed the system adequately and professionally. I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.“

“Initially in July 2023 there was a bit of back and forth to determine if EMCO would be able to procure parts as my HVAC system purchased in 2019 was still under the manufacturer's warranty. For the first service, I was advised this wasn't offered so I paid for a circuit board and labour, it was pricey. I used another HVAC service to replace my blower as that company was able to confirm warranty for the new blower. Fast forward to November 2023 and my heater doesn't work. Seems like I need a new circuit board based on their diagnostics. Spoke to EMCO and asked again about my warranty, after a bit of haggling, they confirmed they were able to procure. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue (and replaced by filter for free). Rating them 4 stars as I paid for a circuit board and labour in July and only paid for labour in November. If it were left up to me, I would ask for a refund for the July cost but I didn't. Overall, they company is efficient and Hannah is pretty thorough in her approach. I would recommend this company.“

We were on a cruise ship somewhere in the Caribbean Sea when our pet sitter informed us that our heater was not working. Through coordination with our pet sitter, emails and calls, Eddie B Plumbing handled the problem immediately, ordered the required part and brought back heat in our house. This was a challenging coordination due to our location, our alarm system, and our Pet Sitter's schedule.
