“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! He put in a new shower assembly. We can’t say enough, he is so efficient! His work ethic is admirable and will be using him from now on, for any type of repair needed! It’s so hard to find someone that you can totally trust & expect the craftsmanship and workmanship to be 5 star all the way!! We would highly recommend this company for any project you need done!! “The original stone we picked for our countertop was out of stock so we had to pick a different one to avoid delaying our project. The original stone was at a different facility. WE ARE SO GLAD THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. When we arrived at MSI we walked in to the beautiful show room and were immediately greeted by Debra B . She helped us sign in and took us to the stone to see it, offered us water or coffee. She also helped us look for a back splash and made sure that our slab was set aside for project. She seemed genuinely excited for us and our choices. We would highly recommend going to MSI if your contractor is using natural stone for your project.“

“From the first call Dave was very professional and very thorough he came out and went over everything with me. Mentioned things that I never even thought about. His price was extremely Fair !!! Dave and his coworker, I'm sorry I forgot his name, did everything so clean and neatly. There were times they were working on my house while I was at work. When I got home I couldn't even tell that they were there it was so clean. He even came back to do a little add-on molding for my dishwasher that had been missing I would absolutely highly recommend Dave for any flooring jobs! “We hired the Floor and Wall Guys to replace our floor on the main level and move our laundry to the second floor. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.

Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!

We are very happy with our upgrades - laundry on the second floor is a game changer! And we plan to work with the Floor and Wall Guys in the future. (Pictures are from when the projects were almost done!)“
