“John, John, John… called in 2 days out of a deep creek get away in desperate need of a haircut. Sweating on the phone worried sick I wasn’t going to get an appointment in a very short notice. But they came through. As I am walking up the street debating on what to do, I came in with a wild idea…the mullet. Inspired by the fiancé, we gave it a go. Told John “let’s trim the sides as if we’re going for the mullet, if it doesn’t look right, we will cut the rest off.” This genius Van Gogh barber gets to work. Minute by minute goes by feeling I made a mistake. He turns the chair to start clipping the back and layering each strain. Anxiety rises and rises. He turns the chair around. My eyes catch myself in the reflection of the mirror. I couldn’t believe it This prodigy pulled off The Starry Night of mullets. Modern, elegant and professional. It was the Hill, no Billy. I was a sober man pre- hair cut. Post, I am now a wintergreen Copenhagen advocate. My lady loves it. I have been fighting her off with Coors Banquet and Kid Rock CD’s. He came through once more. Great place with awesome talent and style all over. I wish I could give a higher rating.“

“Lyn and Helen do excellent work every single time. I have never had a bad experience at Luxe. I go monthly for nails and eyebrows and so does my mother. The ladies who work here always make sure that they do quality work at a fair price. And when I have to bring my son with me, Lyn treats him as if he is her own and helps keep him entertained. I have never waited more than a half hour which is fine because I know that it will be worth the wait. Very good with designs on nails here also. Imagine what a tedious job it is to draw a tiny little design on someone's fingernail and have it look right. Lyn and Helen and any of the other ladies there get it right every time. And my eyebrows always come out perfect, even and not too thick or thin. Nothing but great things to say. 5 out of 5, will continue to recommend to everyone looking for services.“
