When I started getting lashes with her, I was very sensitive to the procedure. (Eye watering, retention issues, irritation) We worked together for a few months to find a way maximize my comfort and retention, and to make it possible to get lashed regularly. After trying allergy meds, various eye drops and changing products on her end— we have the perfect formula. I don’t have any irritation whatsoever, my retention is amazing, lashes always full.She accommodates all of my requests for styles (which never compare to her recommendations). “I had such a a great experience at Charlie Lux. I got Ombre Brows done by Bri and they are flawless. I was super nervous but my aesthetician made me so comfortable by talking me through the entire process, being as gentle as possible during the procedure, preparing a peaceful clean environment, and just having a comforting energy. I had so many questions when I showed up. She answered each one with patience and grace. She was very knowledgeable, precicise, and constantly checked in at each step to ensure I got the results I wanted. I will be booking again for sure!The pros of this procedure are:1. “I got my first lash lift done here and it was phenomenal! My eyes are a little more on the sensitive side and felt slight irritation during the application, but before I even had the chance to say anything he flushed my eye with water and used a fan on it which made it feel so much better. I highly recommend this place!“
