J&S exterminating came to my house this morning to help with ants and bees. They also came last year for termites. Joe and Anthony are the most professional and genuine guys around, I am not kidding.They were so kind and took time explaining to me why this was happening to my home, you can tell how much they care about their business and customers. I really appreciated their honesty.The most important thing to me was the price.I had a big name company out here last week that wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money and I’m glad I turned them away. I used them for more than 10 years and Scott "Scotty" Kriss (the "S" in J&S) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. What was great about their business is that he was the most reasonably priced and would honestly tell you if you really required a service, often times stating that you did not require a service that he could have easily upcharged for.Unfortunately, Scotty Kriss passed away last year.@Greg Guzy, though it makes no difference at this point, the business will most likely not ever reopen. I have used in the past for various types of exterminating needs- wasp in coping, wood bees in front door frame, carpenter ants around pool. I had a need for them last month and they didn't return my call for a week so went with another vendor. They did call me back a week and half later advising they had a death in the family and apologized for not returning my call. Were very genuine and sincere about not getting back to me sooner. They also inquired if I got my issue taken care of (yes) and they were happy about that and asked me to please call/consider them again for future business. So I am writing this review not only because of past success with them but if you called recently and they didn't call you back-give them another chance!!
