Had an issue with wood bees in our pavilion in our back yard. Got them on a recommendation from a friend you uses them consistently. I called and left a voice mail and they got back to min in about 15 minutes. Very flexible with scheduling and came out next day. Gave me thorough explanation on phone and in person of treatment process, chemicals used, how long to wait before going out etc. Also addresses my concerns over being outside afterwards (not an issue) and expectations (should last for 1 year). Worked very quickly and efficiently. I would use again for this work or other pest control issues.
