Must read!New to the Media area, just closed on a condo and 1 day later …ELECTRIC ISSUES!With specific electric outage switch issues throughout the new (but dated) place (ie kitchen, dining room and bedrooms).I thought I was being Punk’d - I haven’t even unpacked!Called HIGGINS ELECTRIC - I spoke to Theresa (so nice and solution-oriented), who put me at ease and ultimately dispatched some of their best electricians > Krista and Bob!Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)… masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL >> straight to the point. Like CSI-“Where’s this issue!? What did you experience, etc” They both went to their detective work.
