He installed LED ceiling lights, a new, large ceiling fan (60 inches wide on a 36 inch extension pole), and an entrance pendant light.They look beautiful!! Mike was clean and thorough. Like CSI-“Where’s this issue!? What did you experience, etc” They both went to their detective work. Very thorough, asking questions and checking outlets and overhead wiring, panels, etc.THE SOLVE/RESOLUTIONHIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon identified a random switch outlet in the condo (kitchen - near the stove) that was rigged to control all those the overhead fixture to the various rooms (who knew? and why)HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon updated my outdated electrical wiring: replacing my kitchen ballast and switch (that crapped out LIVE while we were standing there; swapped out my dining room fixture; and updated the master bedroom light/ceiling fan with LED/remote control fixture!THE SWEET SPOTFrom being so very upset, frustrated and despondent about the electricity in my 1st new place, I was immediately transformed to a place of THANKS AND APPRECIATION above and beyond! and loving the fabulous and functional updates!HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM ROCKS! “Galle Electric came last month and removed the remaining knob and tube from our home, which was a big job. They did fantastic with it! Galle is a small family business with very competent, knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, careful workers. They left all of the wires they worked on behind the wall (no surface mount), fished enormously and with tenacity to reach difficult places (even crawled through some crawl spaces), plastered over every small hole they had drilled, and were very responsive to requests. They regularly cleaned up the plaster dust they created and managed to get the job done (with 3 men working) in 3 1/2 days. I was very happy to have them and have been totally satisfied with the results.... No more knob and tube and a highly marketable home!“
