“The guys were great!There are still three areas that didn't come out with the steam cleaning. One does not usually come completely but the other two usually clean up very well. I didn't get a chance to look at the rug before they packed up, I would have had them go over the two areas again along with the small area near the BR, it looks like it was half done.
