We had several bids for the windows and are happy to report the Thermo twin does not use any high-pressure sales tactics or give three different prices, depending on when you decide to purchase. We are very impressed with the quality of the window and the installers! They left everything even cleaner than it was when they got there. The one gentleman even noticed the door sweep on our front door, had a little rubber piece, falling off of it and mentioned he had an extra piece in the truck and fixed it for free.
