“Very good doctors -- wish they had more customer friendly hours. Sat am and one late hours during the week would be great. Not everyone can get to their office by 3:45 in the afternoon. This is a very old fashioned way to run a practice. One has to schedule months and months ahead for an appointment. Maybe they need more staff?“

“I agree with a recent Yelp reviewers take on Good Looks Eyewear & their doctors from Scott Christie & Associates. Since my previous optometrist left prior to the pandemic, I have struggled to find an eye care facility in the Cranberry Township area that I was pleased with. I had two negative experiences with other eye doctors here since 2021. One billed me 13 months post visit for services I never received (I had paid in full at my appointment) & the next prescribed incorrect contact lenses after forcing me to pay out of pocket $350 before she would prescribe them. I returned to Good Looks in June 2024, because I had come here when I first moved to Cranberry years ago, and it was a doctor here who had first diagnosed me with the rare eye disease that I have. I only left this practice around 2012, because my insurance was no longer accepted. The doctor I saw at this practice in June listened to my concerns that I was having and is trying to help me get my eye disease under control. He also recommended a follow up in August before prescribing contact lenses in order to get the prescription right. The front desk staff and the opticians were friendly and more professional than at the other facilities. I will update my review after I return in August.“

“I had a condition where I could not see out of my eye and it was also causing me to be vey dizzy. It was over the holiday break and there were not any eye doctors open. I happened to find Dr. Cargill online and it said he was open. Sometimes just because you are open doesn't mean you are the best one around, but I knew I had to be seen immediately. Let me tell you it was the best "leap of faith" I had ever taken. Not only was Dr. Cargill very thorough and professional, but he also found something that every other doctor had missed (including a hospital). He really took the time to get to the root of the problem and explain everything to me. He then referred me to the hospital because he was afraid of the severity. He not only called me the next day to check on me, he also called me a few days later (On a Sunday) to check on me again since he knew I was being released from the hospital. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life!! This kind of care and concern for your patients is not something that you learn in medical school.“
